Do not return any products that are out of their packaging, have been installed, or if it is past 30 days from the date you received the goods, as the return will not be accepted.

Please ensure that your parcel is well packaged and secure. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transport and any such damage will affect your claim to a refund.

Remember to place the original order details inside your package – you can either send the invoice that we enclosed in the parcel we sent you OR you can print off the confirmation email of your original order (please ensure that you are printing off the correct email!). Without this we will not be able to process your return.
